Position: Reporting Clerk

Job Description:

The Reporting Clerk is responsible for performing duties on a professional level and works closely with business unit and Human Resources Management in supporting the needs of the business. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: reporting and analytics, compensation data and performance management. Working hours are Monday-Friday 10am-7pm.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

  •  Pull and analyze relevant reports from a variety of sources
  •  Complete accurate, timely, and properly formatted ad hoc and standardized reporting requests
  •  Administers various Human Resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
  •  Provide support in the design and administration of compensation and incentive plans
  •  Serve as a liaison to the benefits administration department including communicating benefit information to employees
  •  Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
  •  Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  •  Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

  •  High School diploma or equivalent
  •  0-2 years of related experience
  •  Proficient experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite-specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
  •  Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with managers and employees
  •  Proficient experience working within Human Capital Management (HCM) or another Human Resource Information System (HRIS) software
  •  Ability to process and analyze data reports
  •  Strong organization, prioritization, project management, and consulting skill set
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 
  •  Ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential information

  •  Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
  •  Interpersonal skills necessary to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  •  Strong organization, prioritization, project management and consulting skill set
  •  General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and AS400
  •  Excellent communication and problem solving skills
